I’m from Florida and moved here to Ecuador in 2004. I have opened several very successful businesses here in Ecuador. I’ve lived in Quito for 6 years and now have lived in Bahia de Caraquez for the past 2 years. I’m very familiar with this area and surrounding area. Me and my business partner Marcos Chiluisa saw a need for legal services and Visas here. Shortly after that we realized there was another huge need for a fully registered bilingual real estate company on the here on the coast.
I feel my strength is the customer service I provide. Rather than just push a few select properties to any and all customers, I instead ask the customer to paint me a picture of their ideal property.
I then do an exhaustive search to find that property for you. If we don't have it our own database, We are not afraid to turn to other realtors to aid in the search of buying real estate in Ecuador.
Our  mission here at EcuaAssist is to help the customers find, purchase and enjoy the best property for their needs at the best price. I offers consulting before, during and after the sale in the areas needed so this can happen. We go the extra mile to make the customers involvement in Ecuador and the purchasing of land here risk-free and hassle-free.
Here at EcuaAssist we do not see a client as an opportunity to "make a sale". Instead, We strive to develop lasting relationships of trust. We measure our success by the number of customers who come back time and time again seeking our assistance with their assorted real estate-related, visas and legal needs.
